Thank you for visiting the booking site for Sumptuous Locks affectionately known as Sumlocks located at 180 East 40th Street Brooklyn, NY 11226 between Linden and Church Ave. Our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday's from 9:30am-6:00pm. Here are some important ground rules for services with our salon:
Deposits: All deposits are transferable but non-refundable. We offer exceptions to this rule in the event our salon cancels or reschedules an appointment in less than 8 hours.
Cancellation Policy:Running late is not encouraged but we understand. Life happens. Please text us at (917) 409-6137 to let us know if you will be more than 10 minutes late. There may be an appointment directly after yours so if you arrive 30 minutes late, for instance, we cannot guarantee that we can complete your service.Your appointment will be cancelled after 40 minutes.You will be charged full price which means your deposits are non-refundable.
No-shows: No shows will be charged the full cost of service, plus 20% gratuity. Please note that last minute rescheduling counts as a cancellation and is subject to 50% charge.
We Reserve the Right:
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone with skin or health conditions that are unsafe or hazardous to the client and our staff. Examples include but are not limited to fungus, open wounds, inflamed skin, lice, tics and symptoms of COVID 19
Guests: We do not allow children in the salon. Guests are not only allowed during consultations. One guest is allowed during consultations.
